About Nova

I was born and raised in Bangkok Old Town, where every street holds a memory. Long before Nuova, I fell in love with Italian food: with its flavours, and even more with the way it brings people together around a table.

That passion led me to train and intern in Italian restaurants across Bangkok, where I learned that great food is built on simple ingredients, patience, and genuine hospitality.

Eventually, I knew it was time to bring everything I had learned back to the neighbourhood I call home.

Nuova is the restaurant I dreamed of opening, and a reflection of everything I've learned, everything I love, and the neighbourhood that shaped me. I want every visit to feel less like dining at a restaurant and more like being welcomed into my home.

Welcome to Nuova.

Quality is at the heart of everything we do

We carefully source the ingredients that matter most, from Caputo flour and Fior di Latte mozzarella to San Marzano tomatoes, because we believe exceptional pizza begins with exceptional ingredients. Paired with our traditional biga method and forty-eight-hour fermentation, every pizza is made with patience, care, and respect for the craft.

Nuova is more than a pizza restaurant. It's a place to gather, share good food, enjoy a glass of wine, and feel at home in Bangkok Old Town.
